Between approximately 5:25pm and 9:00pm BST, the Luminesce service experienced instability affecting queries to certain providers. During this period, users may have experienced timeouts or query failures.

The issue has been resolved and service is fully restored. Our team is conducting a detailed review to prevent future occurrences.
